Connected to Nature

The Connected to Nature sessions are hosted by Tristan, who believes that being connected with nature outdoors helps promote well being physically and mentally. The purpose of the sessions aims to get people away from gyms, out of their offices and everyday routines and to head out into the forest to gain an energy shot from nature. 

The philosophy of being connected to nature is to exercise and be active outdoors rather than in a Spin studio. Head outdoors with us to experience the real spin class. 

What is included

A guided ride around the forest rather than being sat in a spin studio - a session geared toward wellbeing with some natural, outdoor interval health & fitness training included as we pedal. 

What to Bring

Appropriate outdoor clothing to ride a bike and any outdoor exercises that are part of the session.
